Bethel Heights Pinot Noir 2007
Characteristics: Really spicy, bright and pleasingly herbal with cola and black cherry notes filling out the nose. The mouth is fresh and light bodied. Spice and black raspberry lead the mouth which is crisp and smooth at the same time. This is a very "pretty" Pinot Noir. Yea! -WB, April 2009
Origin: USA Oregon - Williamette

Type: Red
Price: $32.00/bottle

Brandal Albarino 2007
Characteristics: Full fragrant aromas of stonefruits carry over from the nose leading to a rich, refreshing palate awash with ripe nectarines and apricots off the branch. A Galician prince among Albarinos, this is richer, fuller, more viscous and still all the more nimble and quick with a snappy acidity and an invigorating quality. An instant favorite among Summer whites, it has plenty of lift to enjoy it on even the hottest afternoon and enough body and texture to accompany a wide array of fish and vegetables off the grill as well as a whole chicken roasted with sage and thyme for that rainy afternoon when lighting the oven is actually a sensible choice.
Wine review by Nicholas D. Livingston, July 2010

Bright pale lemon yellow color leads to a surprisingly shut down nose. All is forgiven on first taste though. Lemons and sweet pineapple are the most pronounced flavors and while this has good acid, it’s got great balance and a pleasant lingering finish. -JL
Origin: Spain - Galicia
Average Rating: 4 out of 5
Type: White
Price: $26.00/bottle

Cassan Côtes de Ventoux Rouge 2007
Characteristics: Sweet, bright, lively red fruit in the nose. Strawberries, red raspberry, cherries and plenty ripe. A very pure expression of these candied fruits without the encumberment of oak. The mouth shows a little more cola berry with a surprisingly vibrant acidity. This is a zesty, fresh and appealingly honest look at Rhone Valley red wine. -WB, April 2009

Errazuriz Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2008
Characteristics: This estate grown Sauvignon Blanc is actually from a single vineyard in the Casablanca Valley showing exceptionally good fruit. The nose shows a tropical sort of citrus and the palate follows with full, bright fruit – Meyer lemon, pineapple, a little grapefruit. There’s great acid balance to the fullness of the palate – deeeeelicious.

Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux 2007
Characteristics: This is Fevre’s nervous little negociant wine. The 2007 is oh, so satisfying and back to form after a disappointing 2006. Snappy, crackly lemon and lime, capsicum, chalky mineral and very ‘Sauvignon-esq.’ Even this ‘beginner’ Chablis makes the case that if all Chardonnay was grown in northern limestone vineyards, we would have less use for Sauvignon. -BH (tasted 12/05/08)

Gaillard St.Joseph Blanc 2006
Characteristics: A rich gold color matches the honey, waxy, Asian spiced citrus in the nose. The mouth is big and intense. Lots of dry spice notes to go with a very barrel aged quality. This is a wine for smoked duck and heavy cream cheeses.

Gaillard St.Joseph Blanc 2007
Characteristics: This is an appellation which should enjoy more following. This wine is very expressive in all facets. The fragrances are not pretty white wine aromas but instead compelling; wet stone, herbed focaccia, overly browned roux. Tremendous savor in the mouth. Almost a shimmer of flavours dancing on your tongue. Nuances of mango, lemon grass and pork loin drizzled with lemon oil. Incredibly fun wine to pair with food.
